Reusable gel pack that can be used as a hot or cold compress, down to a temperature of -27 degrees. Very useful for tendon injuries, muscle pain, sprains, and leg swelling, among other things. The gel pack can be chilled in the freezer or heated in hot water or a microwave. The Hot/Cold pack should not be applied directly to the skin due to the risk of frostbite or burns.
