Anatomically shaped, double-jointed water snaffle with a Sweet Iron mouthpiece. When in contact with moisture (air), surface rust develops on the Sweet Iron. The sweet taste of this surface rust naturally stimulates saliva production, making the bit better accepted. The horse will foam more. Because the Sweet Iron was briefly heated, it has acquired a beautiful, deep blue color. The rusting process (oxidation) changes the blue color of Sweet Iron bits to brownish-grey.
